Kiltdown is fully localizable software.

Volunteers are needed!!  If you are a native speaker of any language that is not English, and have the time to help out with localization of this program, please send mail to help@kiltdown.org. 

I will warn people now that the program is probably NOT DBCS safe at all right now. I will endeavour to release a Japanese version of the program in the near future.
